Dog Day’s 2020

August and the “dog day’s” of Summer have me feeling a little petty and short tempered.

I’m also human, after all.

Autumn, which is my fave, will be here before we know it so I pace myself and do my best to appreciate this moody heat.

I realize now that I might be a little spoiled by Midwestern summer’s.  I miss my family.   I miss my friend.  And, I long for time in the woods near a beach. I hold my hands to my heart and cast, “Please be there when I return.” I trust this Love. I trust in Nature.  I trust in the Healing of change.
